各参展企业：

为规范企业参展行为，保护参展企业合法权益，为商家提供诚信、健康、安全、有序的业务交易平台，根据《中华人民共和国种子法》、《展会知识产权保护办法》等的有关规定，第八届中国种子双交会组委会就参展有关事项公告如下：

1、组委会将配合政府知识产权工作部门，积极开展展会知识产权保护相关活动。在展会期间出现知识产权纠纷时，组委会将及时协助被侵权企业，向当地展会知识产权管理部门上报并配合解决。各参展企业应提高展会知识产权保护意识，共同营造保护企业商标权、著作权和专利权的良好氛围。

2、组委会将积极配合公安、工商、质检等管理部门，维护展会秩序，确保展会安全。所有参展企业均需通过大会组委会办理参展手续，严禁参展企业在展会现场及宣传材料上从事虚假广告和宣传等活动。对因违规虚假宣传引发的纠纷，组委会将配合相关部门进行查处，暂停该产品展出，直至取消企业参展资格。

3、组委会将在会展期间设立举报中心，欢迎各界对侵权和虚假宣传等不法行为进行举报。为方便有关部门调查取证，举报应提供真实线索，并提供真实联系方式。对不实举报，举报人应承担一切后果和责任。

4、 参展企业参展时应提供加盖红印公章的“企业营业执照”和“种子经营许可证”复印件一式二份，呈报大会组委会。

Exhibitors:

In order to regulate corporations’activities, protect legitimate rights and interests of exhibitors and offer faithful , sound, safe and orderly transaction platform to exhibitors, according to relative regulations of the Seed Law of the

Peoples Republic of China and the Protection Measures for Intellectural Property

Rights During Exhibition, the Organizing Committee’s notices regarding exhibition

are as follows :

1. The Organizing Committee ( The Committee for short), coordinate with the intellectual Property Rights Protection Department( IPRPD), will take an active part in the activities of the protection of intellectural property rights during the exhibition.When the intellectural property rights dispute appears, The Committee will promptly help the enterprises to cooperate and report to the IPRPD soon and cooperate to solve the problem. Exhibitors should strengthen the awareness of intellectural property rights protection, and work together to build a good atmosphere for the protection of trademarks, copyright and patent right.

2. The Committee will coordinate with the department of public safety, industry and commerce department and QIA( Quality Inspection Authorities ) to preserve order and ensure safety during the exhibition. All exhibitors are required to get permission of The Committee, any kind of exaggeration and false advertisement are highly prohibited . When the dispute of exaggeration and false advertisement appears, the Committee will promptly cooperate with related department to examine and deal with it by stopping displaying .

3. An informant center will be set up during the exhibition, any kind of infringement and false advertisement report is welcomed by the Organizing Committee. For the convenience of investigation and evidence collection , true clues and contact information requested. Reporter should be fully responsible for any kind of false report.

4. Exhibitors should provide the organizing committee with 2 copies of “Business License" and "Seed Operation License” with official seal during the exhibition .
